Although we all hope for a Charter Change without selfish interests by some sitting public officials, this ridiculous, dubious, and utterly unnecessary proposal from the deaf-blind dwarf who is also, in your words my friend, a miniature witch dashed the hope of people who genuinely hope for a better Constitution. I heard from the grapevine though that progressive representatives and party-list groups are filing a case against her today. I hope they get her before she causes more problems and destroys our hopes for a better country.  go GMA! hahaha.you rocks! 10 more years of presidency and 10 more years of poverty.! LOL
